The deck. This was our first place we went for breakfast when staying in district 2 as I had heard great things about this place.  Their “coffee milk cold” i.e Vietnamese iced coffee with condensed milk was perhaps the best I’ve had since coming to vietnam and drinking 1 or 2 a day from various places ranging from higher end restaurants to Street stalls.

Best rooftop bar in Saigon?
Hotel des arts´ social club is well worth a visit for its spectacular view of saigon and great drinks. This newly opened boutique hotel boasts a beautiful roof terrace with swimming pool, albeit pool is only for their guests.
